Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.
Curbside Freight Delivery: Order will arrive via tractor trailer delivery truck. Because all shipping charges are already waived for delivery, there will be no payment due upon arrival. Please note that the freight company is not responsible for taking product off of truck or moving it to your desired location.
The freight company will contact you before they deliver your product. Please plan appropriately to make sure that you have means for removing it from the truck and to your desired location. Most of our products require two to four individuals present at the delivery time to remove the product from the truck and to your desired location.
First Option: Have two to four people available when the product is delivered to take it off the truck.
Second Option: You may request a hydraulic lift gate to unload you product. There are additional fees associated with this additional service ranging anywhere from $60 to $130 depending on the carrier. You can arrange this service at time of purchase to ensure a smoother delivery. Please ask a sales representative for a quote if you want this service. Keep in mind that you will still need two to four people to help you move the product to you desired location.
Receiving Freight: Clear Delivery
Receiving freight can be as easy as sending it if you follow a few steps:
- Stay in contact with your supplier to find out when your shipment was shipped, what carrier it was given to, and an approximate arrival date.
- When the shipment is delivered, inspect it immediately for obvious signs of damage.
- Compare the number of shipping units received to the number listed on the delivery receipt.
- Sign the delivery receipt.
The driver will help you receive your shipment and answer your questions.
While the driver is there, compare the pieces of freight you are receiving to the delivery receipt. If condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt. The driver will give you a copy, and take the original signed copy with him/her (as proof of delivery) for his/her employer's records.
A signed delivery receipt with no exceptions is called a "clear delivery." Clear deliveries mean that there were no shortages or visible damage at the time of delivery.
Attention Customers!
It is very important that the buyer follows the delivery procedure described above. If the buyer determines that all or a portion of the merchandise has been damaged, the buyer must refuse to accept the shipment or note the exact damages on the freight bill and replacement parts will be sent. Any damaged parts that are not noted at the time of receipt by the buyer will be replaced at the buyer's cost (including shipping costs).
Return Policy
Customers have seven calendar day prior to signed delivery to complete a return. This is subject to conditions that the buyer makes arrangements and pays for return shipping.
Notification for a Return Authorization must be completed via telephone prior to shipping. Due to depreciation and handling all returns are subject to a 15 to 25 % restocking fee.
